Lynda Walker : Limited Editions

After excelling in art at school, Lynda spent her early years working as a secretary, but her passion for art dominated her private life and for over 30 years she has painted for her own pleasure. In 1998 Lynda made a conscious decision to pursue her love of art and with the support of her family and friends, she started to work full-time from her Nottinghamshire studio.

Lynda’s love of wildlife is evident and a photographic likeness of her subjects is achieved in both pastel and oils. The age and atmosphere of local buildings of interest is reproduced in pastel, whilst acrylics bring colour and sunlight to her Mediterranean scenes. Lynda’s work has become increasingly popular over the last few years and can now be found in many galleries around the country.
